Cambridge — By the end of this year’s annual dance party in Cambridge, people moving their feet in the streets just didn’t want to leave.

The Agassiz Baldwin Community (ABC), a nonprofit corporation providing arts-related community programs throughout Cambridge, recently received a $400,000 Massachusetts Cultural Facilities grant for the construction of the Maud Morgan Visual Arts Center adjacent to its headquarters at 20 Sacramento St. in Cambridge.

Pending Home Sales Climb Again

The Pending Home Sales Index — a forward-looking indicator based on contracts signed — rose 6.7 in April from March, and was up 3.2 percent from April 2008, NAR announced today.
