24 Cambridge Condos and 4 Cambridge Homes got under agreement in the past week. The average asking price for Cambridge Condos was $401,379 and the average marketing time was 57 days. The average asking price for the Cambridge Homes was $1,005,750 and the avergage marketing time was 110 days.
13 new Cambridge condos got on the market this week for the average asking price of $511,381 and 2 new Cambridge Homes got on the market for the average asking price of $727,000.
